Krishna has over 25 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry. From 1980 until 1985 Krishna worked at Liverpool University in the department of Mechanical Engineering, researching offshore platform legs and pressure vessels.
In 1985 Krishna joined Lloyd's Register of Shipping as a Structural Engineer and later as Senior Engineer Surveyor, responsible for design appraisal and certification of offshore platforms, pipelines and nuclear vessels. In 1990 Krishna joined the oil trading company Marc Rich in Azerbaijan as First Deputy General Director of a JV with the New Baku refinery, where he was responsible for general management of the JV involving both refining of crude oil and export of oil products.
From 1993 until 2001, Krishna worked for the French oil major Total as Vice President for Russia and the FSU, in which he opened, developed and managed Total's Moscow Trading Office. In 2001 Krishna joined the Swiss oil trading company Central Energy as Managing Director to develop crude and oil products trading in Moscow. In 2002, Krishna accepted appointment to the Board of the Russian oil producing company Kaliningradneft where he raised trade finance to increase its production. In 2009, Krishna joined Socar Trading SA, in Geneva as Project Manager, responsible for business development in the Black sea and the Mediterranean sea. In 2011, Krishna joined Addax Energy SA as Business Development Manager and was instrumental in penetrating the Romanian and Bulgarian gasoil import business.
Since 2013, Krishna took the position of CEO of Petroforce Trading and Shipping SA. Krishna holds an MSc in Civil and Industrial Construction and a PhD in Structural Mechanics from the Institute of Civil Engineering in Kiev, Ukraine along with a Diploma in Accounting, Finance and Management from the Central London Polytechnic.
Dacio has joined Petroforce Trading and Shipping SA in 2015 as Trader, to set-up and develop an East-African desk for the trading of petroleum products in East Africa and Indian Ocean islands. Dacio brings to Petroforce 16 years of experience in the business of East-African region, gained while working at TOTAL in different offices around the world as trading operator.
Anna has over 10 years of experience in Treasury and Trade Finance. From 2005 Anna occupied various positions within Treasury department of Metinvest International SA, Geneva, a trading arm of Metinvest Group based in Ukraine, and from 2011 until 2015 Anna worked as Head of Treasury of Metinvest Internatinal SA, Geneva. Since 2015, Anna took the position of Treasurer of Petroforce Trading and Shipping SA. Anna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with Diplomas in Marketing and Accounting from Webster University, Geneva (2001-2005) and has a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Commodity Trading from the University of Geneva (2012-2013).
Serge joined Petroforce Trading and Shipping SA in 2015. Serge brings to the company more than 20 years of experience in all asdpects of the trade finance operational activities, obtained during his long-term employment in major international companies and banks based in Geneva, such as Cargill, BNP Paribas and Credit Agricole.
Younes joined Petroforce coming from TOTSA Total Trading and Shipping SA in Geneva. He formerly handled various trading operations as well as developped businesses in Russia and France among others. In 2012, he was providing specialized technical assistance to Oil and Gas offshore/onshore contractors starting his way in the petroleum business. Younes graduated from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark and Kedge Business School in France. He also holds a double bachelor degree from IBS Plekhanov in Moscow and fluently speaks French, Russian, Arabic and English.
Jean Philippe joined Petroforce as Head of Trade Finance in January 2016 with over 20 years experience in banking industry, out of which 15 years in Trade Finance. After 5 year positions in auditing and accounting control, he became commodity finance officer with Paribas Bank in Paris from 1997 to 2002 where he was in charge of extending transactional credit facilities or borrowing base facilities to mid sized international trading companies, mostly involved in crude oil and oil products in Western Europe and Africa. He moved in 2002 to BNP Paribas Geneva where he managed trade finance officers with clients involved in Eastern countries, Central Asia, Russia, ex CIS, Turkey, Africa and Middle East and dealing with crude oil, oil products, petrochemicals, steel, metals, coal and ores. He also took part to many IT and organisational projects during this 15-year period of dramatic growth of the commodity trade finance business line within BNP Paribas. Jean Philippe graduated from a french National Engineer High School and also holds a Master degree in Audit and Finance from ESCP Europe Business School in Paris.
Deminda is an experienced and highly collaborative trader, career spanning more than 18 years' experience trading within agri-commodity markets with exchanged traded derivatives. He worked for leading Japanese and British trading companies in London for almost 12 years, and 6 years in Swiss trading companies. Deminda has a highly disciplined trading experience with a passion for agri-commodity business, and a great exposure to managing trading global books, price and structure in derivatives and underlying physicals.
